Just got back from a 1,300 mile trip on our 1983.5 Westy (Rusty). The trip took us up the West coast from Topanga Canyon, to Russian River, East through Yosemite, and South on highway 395 through Mammoth. Reason for the trip, you ask? It’s been 5 years since I married the most loving and creative person I know. I’m not just saying this because she’ll read this, hi Erin ;)
There was lots of scrambling to get Rusty ready for the trip and some nervousness on my part. This worrying proved pointless as we made it back home without a single problem. I’ve got lots to do and clean up, so I’ll leave you with photos to tell the story.
