As you might recall, I recently decided to cure some olives. Well, the results are inconclusive. The olives appear to be to small. I can taste them well enough but get more of the brine flavour than I would with meatier olives (even after rinsing). Also, the skins are somewhat tough. All in all I will call this a partial success. I learnt and shared the process but picked the wrong kind of olives. I’ll keep my eyes open for better suitors in the future and try again.
